OBJECTIVE

Maintain a high level of construction safety through the implementation of a strict safety and security plan.

Perform quality construction, manufacturing, and installation through an effective and proactive quality assurance and quality control system.

Maintain the highest level of coordination among all parties involved in the project execution.

Timely mobilization, progress, and completion of the works, in accordance with the project schedule.

Procurement

Select the materials and equipment, submit, and obtain approvals, place orders, perform quality control inspections, and ship, receive, store, and issue the materials in the most timely and orderly manner; keep wastage and delays to an absolute minimum.

SAFETY

VEYKA is committed to accomplishing a supreme Safety policy through efforts at all levels of the organization, for a safe working environment in all the projects the Company undertakes. Achievement of full safety and health standards throughout the organization is our top priority. The Safety and Health Standards Directive, The Safety Plan, The Safety Instructions and Hazard Analysis Plans are particularly enforced and looked after through periodical meetings, training programs, inspection, and management supervision. Construction works are hazardous by its very nature. So our policy is to take every precaution to protect our employees and or third persons from injuries, on or off the job site. The Company’s management has long adopted and continues to believe that SAFETY IS FIRST AND FOREMOST.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the safety plan is to establish and implement safety health standards, and requirements for the prevention of accidents, fires, and hazards for all personnel engaged in the construction works

All provisions of the US Army Corps of Engineers “Safety and Health Requirements Manual” and the “Turkish Construction Workers – Health and Work Safety Regulations” are confirmed and these rules are strictly followed during the construction.

The detailed Safety Plan of the Company is updated on a regular basis in accordance with the recent developments in safety engineering and is implemented in each project.

QUALITY

The purpose of VEYKA’s Quality Control Plan is to prepare the guidelines. establishing a QC and reporting system, in line with the contract requirements

From the earlier stages of a project, the Quality Management Plan functions as a backbone for quality-related activities across all divisions and projects. Accordingly, VEYKA establishes a Total Quality Management (TQM) system for all stages of the construction activities, as a tool for communicating the Company’s quality approach both outside and within the company. With this plan, VEYKA is aiming to put the set of policies and procedures into perspective as part of a well-thought-out, integrated quality system.

The main purpose of this Quality Management Plan is:

· To produce an end-product that meets and exceeds the project requirements and specific standards set for this task. ,
· To establish and maintain a quality control program that will continuously verify that quality construction work is being accomplished,
· To train everyone involved with the project on quality control issues through scheduled “Quality Construction and Management” (“QCM”) meetings.
· To motivate the project team to take pride in performing their work properly the first time.
· To complete the job in a safe and timely manner, without compromising the quality aspect.
